Elon Musk and Shivon Zilis welcome their fourth child, a son named Seldon Lycurgus. This marks Musk’s 14th child, following recent revelations about his growing family.

Elon Musk and Shivon Zilis have expanded their family once again, welcoming their fourth child together.

Zilis announced the birth of their son, Seldon Lycurgus, in a post on X (formerly Twitter) on Friday, February 28. However, she did not disclose the exact date of his birth.

“Discussed with Elon and, in light of beautiful Arcadia’s birthday, we felt it was better to also just share directly about our wonderful and incredible son Seldon Lycurgus. Built like a juggernaut, with a solid heart of gold. Love him so much ♥️,” Zilis wrote.

Musk responded to her post with a simple heart emoji, “♥️.”

A source exclusively told PEOPLE that Musk “really loves Shivon.”

The Tesla CEO and Neuralink executive previously welcomed twins, Strider and Azure, in November 2021, just weeks before Musk and musician Grimes had their daughter, Exa Dark Sideræl, via surrogate. Their third child, Arcadia, was born on February 28, 2024, and recently celebrated her first birthday.

The relationship between Zilis and Grimes has seen ups and downs, but in September 2023, Grimes confirmed they had reconciled and were on good terms regarding their blended family. “At the end of the day, it all ended up for the best!” Zilis replied to Grimes on X, adding that she looked forward to future playdates.

In addition to his children with Zilis and Grimes, Musk shares five children with his ex-wife, Justine Wilson: twins Vivian and Griffin, 20, and triplets Kai, Saxon, and Damian, 19. His first child, Nevada Alexander, tragically passed away at 10 weeks old.

News of Musk’s 14th child comes shortly after author Ashley St. Clair revealed on February 14 that she and Musk welcomed a son, R.S.C., five months ago. St. Clair had kept the news private for safety reasons but decided to disclose it after rumors began circulating. A legal case regarding the custody of R.S.C. is currently underway, with a judge ordering Musk to appear at a hearing on May 29.

Musk continues to expand his family, remaining an influential yet private figure when it comes to his personal life.
